The sword is a broadsword that is azure and gold. It flares at the top and there is a hole in the top left blade. The handle is black and ends in a diamond.

- In the set description for 80048 The Mighty Azure Lion, the sword was also referred to as a pen for Azure Lion.[1] This is because the handle apparently resembles a fountain pen in some way.
- In the sets, the sword has a ring towards it's base, the hole where the ring is placed is present in the show but it lacks the ring. Rings were commonly used as accessories on Chinese broadswords.
