“Geese are truly a noble bird, and I take great pride in my gaggle.”
— The Humble Farmer[src]

The unnamed woman is a farmer.

History[]

Pitiful Creatures[]

The Humble Farmer had just finished tending to her flourishing the rations for winter when suddenly, the Monkie Kids appeared on her bok choy. Faced with the unfortunate sight of the food being completely ruined, the Humble Farmer acknowledged the need to prepare burial plots for herself and her people. Tang frantically explained their predicament. Seeking some form of reassurance, he pleaded for a reaction from the Humble Farmer. Amidst the commotion, the Humble Farmer chimed in, recognizing the name Sun Wukong. Mei, intrigued by this revelation, eagerly asked if the farmer had indeed seen him. The Humble Farmer confirmed that she had indeed encountered Monkey King, recounting how he had caused quite a commotion around her geese stable. The Humble Farmer proudly explained her unconventional decision to provide a comfortable and dignified space for her geese, believing that they deserved the same treatment as horses.

―Humble Farmer
Ay-yarp. See, I always been sayin' why come horses get themselves a fancy stable, but the geese don't?
―Humble Farmer
