The Ink Demons are demons that are conjured from the Scroll of Memory. They have the ability to transform into anyone, but their original appearance is that of soldiers. They are under the control of the person who possesses the Scroll of Memory.
History[]
Season 4[]
Long ago, the Ink Demons were created and were linked to a protective curse cast onto the Scroll of Memory, making sure that prisoners don't escape or tried to defect the scroll's memories.[1] However, as years passed, the Ink Demons began to resurface to the mortal realm, controlled by the protection curse, which had its purpose overstated because of the scroll was unchecked for some time. When MK accidentally unrolled the Scroll of Memory, the Ink Demons were summoned as they took the form of the Demon Bull King and then most of the other people that Monkey King encountered, guilt-tripping the Mystic Monkey as they imprisoned him and most of the monkeys in the Scroll of Memory. Soon they succeeded in imprisoning the Monkie Kids.[2]
MK and Mei went inside the scroll to rescue their friends as they tried to destroy the curse, but the protective curse had the Ink Demons caught up with the Monkie Kids after they rescued Pigsy and Tang, scattering the four while the curse itself took on MK's appearance to battle him.[3][4]
Following the destruction of the protective curse, the Ink Demons began to be controlled by whoever wielded the Scroll of Memory.[5]
Appearance[]
The Ink Demons appear as sapient blobs of ink with glowing pale blue eyes. The only non-ink color on them is a metallic green and they can appear in many forms.

- Power Replication - By taking the form of someone that already exists, the Ink Demons can replicate their powers as well, as seen with the protective curse when it took the form of Ink MK.
