Mei's Hero suit resembles a white motorcycle jumpsuit with a gold-lined green dragon design that wraps around the chest, green scale-printed pockets, and golden knee pads. Her helmet is white with gold lining around the visor, a green gem design at the front, and two large headpieces at the sides.

Dystopian
During the possessed Demon Bull King's takeover, Mei wore a brown headband, a white shirt with a brown sash and a grey armband, with white pants and brown boots. She also had a ripped green cloth that was wrapped around her waist that was held up by a brown belt with a gold dragon buckle.
When Mei briefly appears as a jiangshi she has a paper talisman on her forehead, wears a navy blue coat-robe, gold round tall rimmed hat, and magenta beads around her neck. Her skin is a very pale yellow.
Sleepwear
Mei's sleepwear consists of an oversized spring green hoodie with a white dragon design on the chest, and green socks with dragon faces on the toe. Her hair is loose and messy.
Dragon Dress
Mei wears a long qun trimmed in gold with a white ku underneath and a pifeng with a gold mandarin collar. Fastened together with three green gems, her pifeng is outlined with teal dragon scales and thin gold running along both sides, ending in intricate swirls. There is also a ripped hole to her lower left in the pifeng where she carried the Dragon Blade. She wears teal eye shadow and her hair is done up in buns and held up with a gold phoenix crown, with the ends extending in the shape of dragon antlers.
Desert
Mei removes her jacket, rolls up her pants to her knees, and ties her jacket around her waist.
Mei wears a dark green scarf and a bright green jacket with gold buttons over a pale green shirt.
In her Ring of Light Festival getup, she wears a pair of glasses with the Orange Ring of Samadhi as its lens and carries a red paper lantern basket on her right shoulder with a pale pink lucky cat plushie inside. A red tee with a Ring of Light emblem is worn under her jacket, which has a blue and gold coin and a red and gold gong pin on her left sleeve. She also wears pleated jeans with red lantern patches over her normal white pants.
Talent Show
She wears white face paint, donning a crown with a purple gem and red tassels coming off from the sides. She complements her attire with a red belt, a white robe with golden cuffs, and a golden and brown chest design. Her garment drapes over her spring green pants.

She wears white overalls with a jade front pocket and golden side pockets and buckles. She also wears a backwards white baseball cap, with a gold brim and jade front.
Mei's updated Hero variant has gold shoulder and knee pads over her white suit which has a gold dragon design on the front and a green scale pattern down the sides. Her helmet is also updated with a green and black visor.
Spacesuit
Mei wears a white spacesuit with teal and gold trimming. The spacesuit has teal knee-pads along with a teal belt with a silver buckle.
Dragon Mech Pilot
Mei dons a white suit adorned with a dragon motif. The front of the suit showcases the head of the dragon, while its claws encircle the waist. A trim in shades of green, gold, and turquoise embellishes the suit. The sleeves are green, and her knee pads and boot tips shimmer in a gold hue. Mei accessorizes with white gloves. To complete her ensemble, she wears shoulder pads that resemble the heads of dragons.
5th Anniversary
