Tang discovered the Monkey Cop Limited Edition 1982 Action Figures as him and MK searched through Monkey King's Treasure Room to find a Mystical Vase.

While ransacking Sandy's boat, the Fruit Babies watched Monkey Cop until they were put to sleep by Mo.
Shadow Play[]
After being told he was attending a shadow play, MK said he thought he and the others were going to see Kung Fu Monkey Cop: The Movie.
To Catch a Leaf[]
Thinking that he was going to die from the cursed beef balls, MK gave Tang his Monkey Cop action figures as something he could remember him by.

Trivia[]
- The idea that eventually evolved into Monkey Cop was a cut running gag that, whenever a TV was on in the show, a soap-opera about Monkey King would be playing. It was even fully designed and had a running narrative, but was cut early on for time.[1]
